This week's standard veg box

This week our standard £10 box contains:-
25g basil
200g rainbow chard
1kg baby new potatoes ("rocket")
120g mixed salad leaves and flowers
one courgette
a bunch of 10 radishes
2 cucumbers
200g French beans
500g selection of tomatoes
and 1kg of beetroot with the leaves on;

and our small £6 box contains:-
25g basil
200g rainbow chard
one courgette
one cucumber
200g French beans
500g selection of tomatoes
and 1kg of beetroot with the leaves on.

Anybody wanting support the community farm by joining our veg box scheme please contact us on 01736 788454, or email vegbox.bcf@bcents.org. Boxes are ready on Friday afternoons, and can be collected from the farm, The Apple Tree Cafe near Sennen, the North Inn in Pendeen, the Red Wing Gallery in Penzance, or St Just farmer's market.
