Veg boxes, 5th February

This was the small £6 veg box of Friday 5th February - 1.5kg of Sarpo Mira potatoes, 0.5kg of parsnips, a head of Chinese cabbage (the first time we've grown these, and they have been successful enough in the polytunnels over winter that we'll continue with them), a lettuce; plus some curly kale and a celeriac from a local organic farm.
The standard £10 veg box contained 2kg of Sarpo Mira potatoes, 0.5kg of parsnips, a head of Chinese cabbage, a bunch of carrots, 5 dried chillies, a bag of spring greens, and 100g of watercress; plus a cauliflower and a celeriac from a local organic farm.
